1. Using am-offer.net

You may use am-offer.net only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Prohibited Items rules, and other posted policies.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or misuse another person's account.
• am-offer.net may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that violate site rules or create safety, fraud, or abuse concerns.

3. Listings

• Listings must describe real items, services, housing, jobs, or other permitted content accurately.
• You are responsible for the content you post, including titles, descriptions, photos, price information, and contact options.
• Prices may be optional where the site allows it. Marketplace listings remain open to private offers through the site's Make Offer feature.
• When an item is no longer available, the seller should remove the listing promptly.

4. Offers and Transactions

am-offer.net provides tools for buyers and sellers to communicate. A buyer may send a private offer, but the site does not pause a listing or run an acceptance, counteroffer, or transaction-completion workflow. Buyers and sellers continue directly through messages or phone, and the seller removes the listing when it is no longer available. am-offer.net is not the buyer, seller, owner, broker, auctioneer, payment processor, shipping company, or guarantor of the transaction unless a separate service expressly says otherwise.

5. Messaging and Contact Information

• Users should communicate respectfully and must not send threats, harassment, spam, scams, or unlawful content.
• Phone numbers are optional and should be shown only when the listing owner chooses to display them.
• Users are responsible for deciding when and how to meet, pay, deliver, or exchange an item.

6. Community and Voices & Reflections

Community posts and reflections are intended for useful local information and calm, respectful participation. They may be reviewed, hidden, or removed if they contain spam, harassment, unlawful material, commercial misuse, or content that conflicts with the purpose of those sections.

7. Prohibited Activity

You may not use the site for fraud, theft, unlawful sales, prohibited items, harmful conduct, harassment, spam, manipulation, malware, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to interfere with site security.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting it, you give am-offer.net permission to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.

9. Moderation and Removal

am-offer.net may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce site rules, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

10. No Guarantee

am-offer.net does not guarantee the identity, honesty, legality, quality, safety, availability, condition, value, or performance of users, listings, items, services, jobs, housing, or transactions.

11. Safety

Use common sense when dealing with people you do not know. Review our Safety Tips before meeting, paying, shipping, or sharing personal information.

12. Intellectual Property

The am-offer.net name, branding, original site design, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may not copy or misuse them in a way that creates confusion or falsely suggests endorsement.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes may be posted on the site with an updated effective date.
